Organic, unpasteurized soy and non-soy tempeh!

We make our non-soy tempeh with an iron rich variety of black eyed pea that we source from a co-op of farmers in South Texas. The variety we use are a naturally nitrogen fixing cover crop, negating the use of chemical fertilizers and like most beans they're excellent carbon sequestering crops as well!
